Founded by Oneal "Sonny" Demars in the 1960's, Demars Properties is a family run, family oriented business. Providing affordable housing, storage, and work space for Lamoille County for over 60 years!

3 of Sonny's kids; Connie, Steve and Dan Demars owned and operated Demars Hardware, Demars Construction and Demars Rentals until the early 2000's where the focus was shifted to real estate.

In 2023, the next generation of Demars' have taken the helm and we look forward to continue the family legacy that's earned a reputation of quality housing options that the everyday Vermonter can afford!
